A personalized treatment plan is my goal. I will perform a thorough and detailed evaluation of your condition to help me determine whether you are likely to benefit from physical therapy and which treatments are most likely to help you.

The initial appointment will typically last about an hour, and at the conclusion of the evaluation, I will discuss my findings with you and design an individualized treatment program for you. This program is based on both your history and your examination, and it typically includes manual therapy intervention, in-office exercises, as well as techniques for a home exercise program.

To save time, please complete the online registration prior to the first visit. This will allow me to focus on evaluation and treatment instead of paperwork and get you started even faster.

Lisa introduced me to more alternative therapies such as dry needling, cupping and power plate rehabilitation. These therapies combined with a strength building routine has changed my entire perspective on my physical health. I have had back and neck pain for much of my adult life. I have worked with a number of good physical therapists over the years. Lisa Jurski stands head and shoulders above everyone else. Lisa worked with me, one on one, hands on, practically every minute of every session. She used far more tools from her ample physical therapy “toolbox”. Lisa’s combo of needling, cupping, and using the hand-held power massager released muscle spasms and relieved my pain more quickly than others’ past regimes had.
